Somers Compton

Somers Compton's love affair with improv began 15 years ago when watching long form shows at improv theaters in NYC and Chicago.

When she founded the HIT with her husband, she decided to get out of the seats and onto the stage and fell in love with improv training. Not having a drive to perform, Her passion for improv education is purely for the personal connections that are made by doing it, and the personal development one can experience while taking improv classes.

Tyler Yenna

Tyler Yenna has been obsessed with comedy since he was a child. Growing up in rural Indiana, he often created video mixtapes of his favorite comedy sketches from SNL, Upright Citizens Brigade, Kids in the Hall, Sifl & Olly and others to share at school.

After moving to the east coast, he started watching and studying improv. He tries to apply the lessons of improv to other areas in his life, most notably while working with elders with dementia.

You can see him perform in Tiny French Cigarettes, This Show Will Self Destruct, and Rockstar.
