Magic Fairy Pirate Monkeys
Looking for a unique birthday party idea for your child? Consider an improv show for the birthday child and their friends! The Magic Fairy Pirate Monkeys are the HIT's family-friendly improv team that performs at the HIT the last Sunday of every month at 2pm. Turns out, we also travel! Use our form below to check availability and get more information. Here are some of the options, but we can tailor any of these to suit your event.
Have your very own Magic Fairy Pirate Monkeys show at The Harrisburg Improv Theatre!
You and your guests arrive at the theatre, you set a cake on a table near the stage, and then the Magic Fairy Pirate Monkeys will perform a 45 minute show. We will involve the birthday child and guests in the show by asking for suggestions and sometimes even inviting them onto the stage! At the end of the show, we will invite the birthday child to join us on the stage so everyone can sing to them. Then, for 15 minutes or so, the kids can eat cake and mingle with the actors.
Cost: $350 for up to 30 total guests (adults and children)
Magic Fairy Pirate Monkey Workshop Only
One Magic Fairy Pirate Monkey would come to your group's event/birthday party (or you could come to the HIT!) and lead the children in a one hour theatre/improv workshop! The kids will learn and play a variety of theatre and improv games and have a ton of fun! Cost: $150 if at the HIT, $100 elsewhere
Magic Fairy Pirate Monkey Show/Workshop Combo
A team of Magic Fairy Pirate Monkeys would come to your group's location (or you could come to the HIT!). We would perform a 30-45 minute show and lead the the children in a 15-30 minute theatre/improv workshop afterwards. Cost: $350 if at the HIT, $300 elsewhere
