BEEF. Is an improv troupe focused on grounded organic scene work. We take a location from our audience and explore what happens when the people who live, and work, there start to interact with the things that we find funny in the space at the time we are doing the show. Every show is different. Every scene explores something in a new way. Nothing is planned. As we like to say, "We do improv."
