Improv Level 2: Game of the Scene, Tuesdays, Jan. 9-Feb. 27, 2018, 7-10pm

Instructor: Cody Unger

Prerequisite: Improv Level 1

Graduation shows: Friday, March 2, 7pm, and Sunday, March 4, 7pm

In this 8-week class, students will learn the concept of "game" as the fundamental structure of an improv comedy scene. Short-form improv involves pre-set games (i.e. everyone can only ask questions, everyone is a super hero at a party). But in long-form, improvisers find and play games on the spot. Long-form games make comedy out of real life as we observe it. Class will conclude with two graduation shows.
